行動刷卡鐘支援 13 種語系,跨國員工也能更好上手

We're excited to announce that TimeClock now supports 13 languages.

For many small and medium-sized businesses — especially factories, retail stores, clinics, and service businesses — employees may come from a range of countries and language backgrounds. When the attendance system is only available in one language, new employees often need extra guidance to get started, which adds to the training burden for managers and admin staff.

This multilingual update is designed to help employees from different language backgrounds understand the check-in process faster, and lower the barrier to getting started.

Supported Languages

TimeClock now supports the following 13 languages:

  • Traditional Chinese
  • Simplified Chinese
  • English
  • Vietnamese
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Thai
  • Malay
  • Indonesian
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • German
  • French

Who Benefits?

This multilingual support is especially useful for:

  • Factories with foreign workers
  • Retail stores with multinational staff
  • Small businesses that manage across borders
  • Overseas offices or international remote teams
  • Clinics, tutoring centers, restaurants, and service businesses with staff who speak different languages

Whenever your team includes employees with different language backgrounds, a multilingual interface makes the check-in experience smoother for everyone.

Paired with NFC and Face Recognition, the Experience Is Even More Intuitive

TimeClock supports both NFC card tap and face recognition check-in. Employees can clock in with a tap or a glance — and now, the on-screen messages and prompts appear in a language they actually understand.

Whether it's a check-in confirmation, a recognition prompt, or a status message, employees can follow along without needing a translation.

On-Site and Field Staff Managed in One Place

If your company uses both the Mobile Punch Clock (international edition) and TimeClock, field staff can check in via GPS or location-based tap, while on-site staff use NFC or face recognition on the TimeClock device.

Regardless of which check-in method each employee uses, all attendance records flow into the same management dashboard for review and export. The new multilingual support makes it easier for both on-site and field employees to get comfortable with their respective tools.

Closing Thoughts

TimeClock's support for 13 languages reflects our goal of making attendance management accessible to employees from any language background.

We'll continue improving the experience so that small businesses can manage attendance more simply and flexibly — wherever their teams work.
